By accessing or using Sente ("the Service"), operated by Sente Technologies ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Sente is a behavioral finance application that helps users track, categorize, and reflect on spending decisions. The Service includes an AI agent ("Ma") that provides behavioral insights, spending pattern analysis, and financial literacy guidance.
Sente is NOT a financial advisor, investment platform, or banking service. Ma's output is informational and educational — not financial advice. You should consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You retain ownership of all data you input into Sente, including transaction descriptions, amounts, goals, and chat messages. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
Ma is an AI-powered feature that provides behavioral analysis and financial literacy guidance. Ma's responses are generated using third-party AI services (OpenAI). Your interactions with Ma are processed through these services to generate responses.
Ma is not a substitute for professional financial advice. Ma's calculations (including Shadow Investment projections, Capital Efficiency scores, and compound interest estimates) are illustrative and based on historical averages. Actual investment returns vary and are not guaranteed.
You agree not to:
Sente offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid features are clearly marked. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
The Service, including its algorithms, AI models, scoring systems (Capital Efficiency Score, Impulse Control Score), behavioral frameworks (LEVERAGE/VITALITY/LEAKAGE classification), and the Ma agent architecture, are proprietary to Sente Technologies. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on these systems.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Ma's analysis will be accurate. Past performance data (including S&P 500 return estimates) does not guarantee future results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sente Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from decisions influenced by Ma's analysis.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
